Simple Flawless Functionality beats Buggy Bling every day.
If you authored your website with ONLY the basics then it would work on every browser on every device and no separate device specific versions would be required.
When I hire someone to author a website I ask them to print on paper the website for the design review. When they tell me the website won't print on paper I tell them to fix that and then show up for the design review and their paycheck. When a website prints it will typically function flawlessly on all devices. Your website won't print and requires too many script downloads to operate. It would not earn a passing grade in my shop.
