How do I request that my account and associated account data be deleted?

If you would like your account and associated data to be deleted and have an active Bayyinah TV subscription, ensure your subscription is canceled before continuing. You may do so by following the steps outlined here.

If your subscription has been canceled and/or you do not have an active subscription, follow these steps to delete your account and any associated data:

In your web browser once you login to your account, click on the profile button found on the upper right-hand corner:

From your profile screen, click on “delete profile.”

From mobile:

Navigate to your profile:

 

Click on “delete account”
